Description

The Long Island Rattan Occasional Chair is hand crafted using a combination of materials mango wood, rattan, slimit weave, an unprocessed rattan species with hard outer skin 3-4mm in diameter with the colour naturally varying from pale oak to tan. With an outer protective skin this species is one of the most resilient weaving materials available. Suitable for indoor use only, the seat cushion is provided for extra comfort to sit and relax after a long day.

Return Policy

  • No returns without prior authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Email claims@florabelle.com.au with your invoice, item details, and customer ID.
  • Approved returns must include a Return Confirmation (RC) and be sent back to our distribution center. Credit issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
  • Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and transport damage. A 20% restock fee applies.
  • For faulty/damaged items, provide images and a description for credit or replacement.

 

Shipping Delivery 

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 business hours; however, please anticipate possible delays during peak periods, such as trade shows and the pre-Christmas season.
  • Upon payment, goods are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 1-3 days, longer for country areas.
  • Urgent orders can be expedited upon request.
