They have been manually polished and finished with wax and acrylic for stain/UV resistancePlease note these products may have;- Hairline cracks which are not structural and naturally occur in any concrete piece- Moulding folds, which are inherent to the moulding process in production- Air pocket fills, which happen during the moulding process and are filled in the finishing as part of the aesthetic look- Markings and colour variances, which create the natural look and feel of the finished product.To ensure the lasting beauty of your concrete surfaces we recommend reviewing and practicing the following care and maintenance instructions :Clean with using mild soap and water.Do not use heavy abrasive, bleach-based, or ammoniated/acid based cleansers. Use of such cleansers will wear down the wax protection and result in less stain resistance.Re-waxing your product regularly is a quick and easy process that will provide additional protection against staining and renew it.Products used outside should be waxed well before winter and raised off the ground. Do not place hot objects on the surface as they may cause discoloration.

Return Policy
- No returns without prior authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Email claims@florabelle.com.au with your invoice, item details, and customer ID.
- Approved returns must include a Return Confirmation (RC) and be sent back to our distribution center. Credit issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
- Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and transport damage. A 20% restock fee applies.
- For faulty/damaged items, provide images and a description for credit or replacement.

- Upon payment, goods are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 1-3 days, longer for country areas.
