The Fossil hand blown organic vases are beautiful and unique pieces of art. These vases

are crafted by skilled artisans using traditional glassblowing techniques. The term

"organic" in this context refers to the natural, fluid forms that these vases can take,

inspired by nature's curves and irregularities.Hand wash the vase with mild soap and

lukewarm water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads that could scratch the

surface. Do not expose to extreme temperature changes, which could cause the glass to

crack.

No returns without prior authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Email claims@florabelle.com.au with your invoice, item details, and customer ID.
Approved returns must include a Return Confirmation (RC) and be sent back to our distribution center. Credit issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and transport damage. A 20% restock fee applies.
For faulty/damaged items, provide images and a description for credit or replacement.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 business hours; however, please anticipate possible delays during peak periods, such as trade shows and the pre-Christmas season.
Upon payment, goods are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 1-3 days, longer for country areas.
