Our artificial Pothos may easily be mistaken for the real Pothos owing to its realism and attention to detail. The real pothos, not the artificial one, is poisonous if ingested and can irritate the skin. The trunk of the Pothos is real, having fallen in the forests of China. Most of our trunks are real, but we don’t uproot trees. A popular houseplant owing to its statuesque appearance and full foliage.

Return Policy
- No returns without prior authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Email claims@florabelle.com.au with your invoice, item details, and customer ID.
- Approved returns must include a Return Confirmation (RC) and be sent back to our distribution center. Credit issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
- Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and transport damage. A 20% restock fee applies.
- For faulty/damaged items, provide images and a description for credit or replacement.
Shipping Delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 business hours; however, please anticipate possible delays during peak periods, such as trade shows and the pre-Christmas season.
- Upon payment, goods are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 1-3 days, longer for country areas.
