No returns without prior authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Email claims@florabelle.com.au with your invoice, item details, and customer ID.
Approved returns must include a Return Confirmation (RC) and be sent back to our distribution center. Credit issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
Goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and transport damage. A 20% restock fee applies.
For faulty/damaged items, provide images and a description for credit or replacement.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 business hours; however, please anticipate possible delays during peak periods, such as trade shows and the pre-Christmas season.
Upon payment, goods are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 1-3 days, longer for country areas.
